Short biography

Born and raised in Ukraine, Olha finished her M.Sc. in Materials Science at the Faculty of Physical engineering in National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in 2018. Before starting her PhD studies, she worked as engineer at G. V. Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics of the N.A.S. of Ukraine in phase transformations department. In 2022, Olha joined department “Intelligent materials and systems” at the HZDR headed by Dr. D. Makarov as a PhD student.
