Short biography Rui Xu received his B.S. degree from school of physics and engineering, Sun Yat-sen University and his M.E. degree from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He completed his PhD thesis “Boosting Solar Energy Harvesting with Ordered Nanostructures Fabricated by Anodic Aluminum Oxide Templates” in 2020. Research interests- Template-based well-defined nanostructure fabrication
