Short biography Rico Illing studied Physikalische Technik in Zwickau at the Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau and received his Dipl. Ing. in 2009. Afterwards he studied Laser und Optotechnologien in Jena at the Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule and received his Ma. Eng. in 2012. He completed his PhD by developing a mili-fluidic droplet analyzer and finished it in 2018 at TU Dresden. Research interests - Droplet based microfluidics and milli-fluidics
- Optical engineering
